                      QR Codes

QR Codes, (stands for quick response) are the best way to get students to a website quickly. Rather than asking students to "google" for information or type in a web address into Safari, create a QR code. Students then use the camera on their mobile device and an app like I-nigma to quickly land on the page you want them to use.

There are many QR code generator websites. This one is a new favorite! The reason why I like this QR code generator is because teachers can upload a document and the students can get to the document, open in QuickOffice and easily begin editing. Use this link to quickly create a bookmarklet. While in Firefox, drag this text to the bookmark bar in the browser.
